Join us at a location of your choosing for a gentle and practical 5-week course to express your feelings in different types of writing (sketches, drawings, notes, journal).
Tuesday 24th June (week 1) Course information:
What is Creative Writing? Write what you know: I am here now; gratitude A-Z; thoughts as clouds; creative activities from daily life
Tuesday 01st July (week 2) Using Ideas:
Finding your niche; expressing difficult feelings; a few of my favourite things; locating emotions through drawing
Tuesday 08th July (week 3) Writing outside the box:
Letting go; digital detox; tapping into your staying power; writing a different to-do list; course feedback / review
Important course details
The complete course totals 5 weeks, the remaining 2 weeks will be post summer holidays 16th and 23rd September
You will be required to attend all 5 sessions, this ensures you receive the maximum benefit from the course.
The course session times are 10.00am - 12.00pm
