Police Passports and alerts for vulnerable young people

North Yorkshire Police are wanting our help creating a Police Passport for Vulnerable Young People.

The new Detective Chief Inspector, Carol Kirk, wants to implement this as soon as possible. Similar to the hospital passport, the Police Passport will be held within police records to help better safeguard vulnerable young people and will support children and families in situations, for example, where a young person is missing, becomes disoriented or distressed, or where parents or carers need some immediate help or understanding from the police.

To reserve your place, please follow the eventbrite link below

We look forward to seeing you online on Wednesday 30th July at 7pm

We have requested that further engagement sessions are arranged for September to review their proposed documentation.
